The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms provide a fantastic view over the town, especially from the balcony. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The basic amenities are well-maintained and the breakfast is delicious.

The room was great, and the people giving a massage did a great job. Staff were very nice and were very polite. The food at the restaurant is great. There was a pretty good fitness room.

We were charged for breakfast 4 euro each for each day, when breakfast was included in the price according to the website. While it was 16 Euro extra, it wasn't really cool. It was pointless to argue about this extra charge. The pool was closed for repairs, which was a big disappointment, but it looked like it was opening when we left. The spa was ok, but the facilities aren't as spa like as other spa resorts I've been too in Bulgaria, which was a little disappointing despite the great massage I received. The restaurant in the evening is smoking only, and it was not pleasant to eat dinner with chain smokers around you unless you smoke. There should be a non-smoking section for dinner. Hotel rooms, staff, and restaurant food are great, but the owners need to consider the small details sometimes that people remember.

The breakfast was poor and for everything I asked for, it was charged without previous let me know.

The prices were very reasonable and it felt like I got excellent value for what I paid. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were extremely attentive and provided excellent service. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Lastly, the hotel was in a convenient location. It was within walking distance of the town center and had a great view over the Sandanski town. I was highly impressed with my stay at this hotel.

Perfect for new year celebrations. the room was nicely furnished with great view and the bathroom was huge. the indoor swimming pool and outdoor tennis courts were amazing. Key location facts: the location was very convenient as it was close to many restaurants and shops.

The breakfast was not good, there was not much variety and the food was cold. the towels provided were not very soft.
